Réaménagement du Hall du bâtiment Watteau suite incendie

**Description:**

The European Commission, Directorate-General for Human Resources and Security, intends to carry out the works for the Réaménagement du Hall du bâtiment Watteau suite incendie. The works consist of the following:

1. **Demolition and removal of damaged materials and structures:**

- Demolition of damaged walls, ceilings, and floors.

- Removal of damaged electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

- Disposal of all removed materials in accordance with local regulations.

2. **Repair and reconstruction of structural elements:**

- Repair or replacement of damaged structural elements, such as beams, columns, and load-bearing walls.

- Reconstruction of damaged or destroyed structural components.

3. **Installation of new electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems:**

- Installation of new electrical wiring, outlets, and lighting fixtures.

- Installation of new plumbing pipes, fixtures, and equipment.

- Installation of new HVAC ducts, vents, and equipment.

4. **Finishing works:**

- Installation of new walls, ceilings, and floors.

- Painting and decorating of all surfaces.

- Installation of new doors, windows, and hardware.

5. **Furniture and equipment:**

- Supply and installation of new furniture and equipment as required.

The works shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant EU and national regulations, standards, and guidelines. The Contractor shall ensure that the works are completed to a high standard of quality and that all safety and environmental requirements are met.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, to cancel the procurement procedure at any time, and to accept any tender that is considered to be in the best interest of the European Commission.
