Kuntien Hankintapalvelut KuHa Oy (ansin, Hankintayksikkö) is a procurement company owned by the municipalities of Kangasala, Lempäälä, Nokia, Orivesi, Pirkkala, Vesilahti and Ylöjärvi, which is a joint procurement unit as defined in Section 4 of the Procurement Act. The procurement unit is tendering through this invitation to tender for a comprehensive service for the administration of finance and personnel as a SaaS service for the municipalities of Kangasala and Orivesi, as well as the municipalities of Hämeenkyrö, Lempäälä, Pirkkala and Vesilahti (hereinafter, the Client). The procurement includes the implementation of the service package, related information systems, commissioning projects, and the continuous maintenance, support and development of the service. The exact content, scope, requirements, evaluation criteria, contract terms and other conditions relating to the procurement are described in the invitation to tender and its annexes, which together form the procurement documents. It is the responsibility of the tenderer to familiarise themselves with all the procurement documents before preparing a tender.
