An Iorua – Construction work – Parallel framework agreements for contractor services within water and sewage.

Contractors are required to provide services for the following:

- Water and sewerage services

- Water and sewerage infrastructure

- Water and sewerage networks

- Water and sewerage treatment

- Water and sewerage maintenance

The framework agreements will be awarded to a maximum of 12 contractors. The framework agreements will be for a period of 4 years, with the possibility of a 2-year extension. The estimated total value of the framework agreements is €100,000,000.

The framework agreements will be divided into 4 lots, as follows:

Lot 1: Water and sewerage services (€25,000,000)

Lot 2: Water and sewerage infrastructure (€25,000,000)

Lot 3: Water and sewerage networks (€25,000,000)

Lot 4: Water and sewerage treatment and maintenance (€25,000,000)

The framework agreements will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender in accordance with the most economically advantageous criterion (MEAT). The award criteria will be as follows:

- Price (weighting 60%)

- Quality (weighting 20%)

- Technical expertise (weighting 10%)

- Environmental management (weighting 10%)

Tenders must be submitted electronically via the eTenders website. The deadline for the submission of tenders is 12:00 noon on 15/12/2023. Late tenders will not be accepted.
