**II.2) Description of the contract:**

The HSE West and North West RHA, Mental Health Services Galway, seeks to engage a suitably qualified music therapist to provide music therapy sessions to service users in the Galway area. The successful candidate will be required to deliver individual and group music therapy sessions, as well as contribute to the development of music therapy services within the region. The contract will commence on 01/04/2024 and will run for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension for a further 12 months, subject to performance and funding.

**II.3) Total value of the procurement:**

Value excluding VAT: 50 000.00 EUR

**III.1) Conditions for participation:**

**III.1.1) Personal situation of economic operators (including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers):**

The economic operator must be a qualified music therapist, registered with a recognised professional body, and have a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in providing music therapy services.

**III.1.2) Economic and financial capacity:**

The economic operator must provide evidence of financial stability and capacity to deliver the contract.

**III.1.3) Technical capacity:**

The economic operator must provide evidence of technical capacity to deliver the contract, including relevant qualifications, experience, and references.

**III.2) Conditions governing the performance of the contract:**

The successful candidate will be required to comply with all relevant HSE policies and procedures, including those relating to confidentiality, data protection, and health and safety.
