**TED** - **Tenders Electronic Daily** - is the online version of the 'Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union', published daily from Monday to Friday in 19 languages. It contains the public procurement notices published by public authorities, public undertakings and private entities in the EU and the EEA countries, as well as in other countries.

**TED** is a service provided by the Publications Office of the European Union.

The **TED** database contains the following types of notices:

- **Contract notices**: notices inviting tenders for public contracts, concessions, and other procurement procedures.

- **Contract award notices**: notices informing about the award of a public contract or concession.

- **Prior information notices**: notices informing about future procurement procedures.

- **Periodic indicative notices**: notices informing about future procurement procedures, published periodically.

- **Call for competition**: notices inviting tenders for design contests.

- **Call for expressions of interest**: notices inviting expressions of interest for the creation of a shortlist of candidates for a public contract or concession.

- **Notice of a framework agreement**: notices informing about the award of a framework agreement.

- **Notice of a dynamic purchasing system**: notices informing about the award of a dynamic purchasing system.

- **Notice of a system of qualification**: notices informing about the award of a system of qualification.

- **Notice of a voluntary transparency notice**: notices informing about the award of a public contract or concession, published voluntarily by the contracting authority.

**TED** is a free service and is accessible to everyone. It is available in 19 languages and contains notices from all EU and EEA countries, as well as from other countries.
