The Contract has as its object the construction and operation of a shipyard facility in the East area of the Marina del Cantábrico basin for the provision of the services of lifting, transferring, launching and moving of vessels by means of travelift, mobile cranes, or other equivalent mechanical means; use of ramps, dry docks, technical platforms and other infrastructure intended for the docking and dry stay of vessels; and, in general, the provision of industrial services related to the maintenance, repair, conditioning and construction of vessels, as defined in the Tender Documents.
