As a starting point, the overall plan and approved scheme A for the renovation of Vangkildegård Afd. 16-003 in Hvalsø is offered as a total consultancy including the tendering of the project in the main enterprise up to and including a 1-year review. Vangkildegård Afd. 16-003 was built in 1978 in Hvalsø. There are 84 dwellings built as either terraced houses or apartments. The overall plan was drawn up in 2020 and has since been processed and used as the basis for the preparation and approval of scheme A. The following works are included in scheme A:

• New lightweight facades with better insulation

• New windows and doors

• Loft insulation

• Inspection and maintenance of existing roofing

• Better ventilation

• Repair of defects in masonry
