**Description of the Contract:**

The European Commission is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the supply of tablets with a stylus and keyboard. The tablets should meet the following specifications:

**Technical Specifications:**

- Screen Size: 10 inches

- Resolution: 1920 x 1200 pixels

- Processor: Quad-core

- RAM: 4 GB

- Storage: 64 GB

- Operating System: Android

- Battery Life: Minimum 8 hours

- Connectivity: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth

- Additional Features: Stylus support, Keyboard support

**Quantity:**

The estimated quantity for the initial period is 500 units. The total quantity for the entire duration of the framework agreement is estimated to be 2000 units.

**Duration of the Contract:**

The framework agreement will be valid for a period of 4 years, with the possibility of extension for an additional 2 years.

**Procurement Procedure:**

The procurement procedure will be conducted in accordance with the EU Public Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU. The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous tender.

**Eligibility Criteria:**

Bidders must be established in the European Union and must have a valid VAT number. Bidders must also provide evidence of their financial and technical capacity to execute the contract.

**Submission of Tenders:**

Tenders must be submitted electronically via the eTendering platform. The deadline for the submission of tenders is 01/03/2023.
