An Pholainn – Event services – Organizacja wydarzenia pn. „IX Małopolski Kongres Srebrnej Gospodarki Małopolski Tele-Anioł 2.0”

1. „IX Małopolski Kongres Srebrnej Gospodarki - Małopolski Tele-Anioł 2.0” is an event with a regional and national character. It will be a space for the exchange of experiences, good practices and discussions about the future of social and care services in the context of demographic challenges and the development of new technologies. Around 300 participants will take part in a modern conference facility, enabling the organisation of expert debates, discussion panels and presentations of innovative technological solutions supporting older and non-self-sufficient people. 2. The conditions for the implementation of the order are contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement agreement, which will be introduced into the public procurement agreement – template of the agreement and constitute annex 1C to swz (hereinafter referred to as the template of the agreement). 3. The description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is annex 1D to swz and it will be introduced as an annex to the public procurement agreement. 4. The ordering party specifies that the contractor will be obliged to transfer to the ordering party the property rights to the works created, in accordance with the agreement. 5. The ordering party, in accordance with the provision resulting from art. 95 of the Act, specifies that it does not require the employment by the contractor or subcontractor, on the basis of an employment relationship, of persons performing activities within the scope of the implementation of the order, consisting of performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code. 6. The order is implemented within the framework of the project „Małopolski Tele-Anioł 2.0” co-financed from the funds of the European Union within the framework of the Programme Fundusze Europejskie dla Małopolski 2021-2027, Priorytet 6 Fundusze europejskie dla rynku pracy, edukacji i włączenia społecznego, Działanie 6.23 Włączenie społeczne - projekty Województwa Małopolskiego, Typ D: Usługi z zakresu teleopieki. 7.
