The contracting authorities may award contracts to one or more economic operators for the supply of fish products. The framework agreement will have a duration of 1 year, with the possibility of extension for up to 3 additional years. The estimated total value of the framework agreement is €200,000 to €300,000 (excluding VAT). The framework agreement will be divided into lots, with each lot corresponding to a specific type of fish product. The lots will be as follows:

The contracting authorities reserve the right to amend the lots as necessary. The framework agreement will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender in accordance with the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authorities will evaluate tenders based on the following criteria:

Tenders must be submitted electronically via the [TED](https://ted.europa.eu) eTendering platform. The deadline for tender submission is 12:00 CET on 15 October 2023. Late tenders will not be accepted. The contracting authorities reserve the right to reject any or all tenders if they are not deemed to be in the best interest of the contracting authorities. The contracting authorities will notify tenderers of the outcome of the tender evaluation process within 30 days of the tender submission deadline. The contracting authorities reserve the right to award the framework agreement to one or more economic operators.
