An Danmhairg – Harbour construction works – Udbud af Hovedentrepriseaftale for Opgradering af havne

A/S Storebælt has taken over Halsskov Havn and Knudshoved Havn on either side of the Storebæltsforbindelsen. The harbours are to be rebuilt to a stage where, with a four-week mobilisation period, ferries can be deployed between the two harbours (hereinafter referred to as “Entreprisen”). The works mainly involve the execution of the following subjects:

• Establishment of workplace and access conditions, including the possible establishment of working jetties for the landing of building materials.

• Earthworks for dredging in harbour basins and backfilling behind new quay structures.

• Foundation works including piles, piles and anchor constructions for new quay structures.

• Stonework for the establishment of new stone castings in connection with new quay structures and repair of existing moles.

• Establishment of marshalling area

• Demolition works for the removal of existing structures that are in the way of the execution and use of the new structures for the upgrading of the ferry harbours.
