An Fhionlainn – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Sara Hildénin taidemuseon pää- ja arkkitehtisuunnittelu

Tampere City Procurement Services is tendering for the design of the main and architectural design services for the Sara Hildén Art Museum, in accordance with the tender notice and its annexes. The Sara Hildén Art Museum is a municipal art museum maintained by Tampere City, which houses the extensive collection of international and Finnish modern and contemporary art owned by the Sara Hildén Foundation. The museum hosts several exhibitions each year. The planned future renovation and expansion of the museum in Särkänniemi will provide up-to-date, technically functional and adequately sized spaces for collection and exhibition activities, art logistics and public services. The assignment includes main and architectural design tasks from the needs assessment phase to the end of the warranty period. All general and phase-specific tasks are described in more detail in the tender notice, the contract draft and the task lists in the annexes PS18/ RT103254 and ARK18/ RT103253. The site plan reference design is included in the task. The design task is exceptionally demanding.
