An Fhionlainn – Motor vehicles – Mönkijät C 2026 (0072012)

Hansel Oy is procuring the Light Vehicles 2026 Framework Agreement, which consists of 13 separate framework agreements relating to various light vehicles. This Mönkijät C 2026 (0072012) framework agreement relates to all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and related services as follows:

The subject of the procurement includes the following products:

• All-terrain vehicles (over 800 cm3 4x4 and 6x6, and electric all-terrain vehicles) and their spare parts and accessories

The subject of the procurement includes the following services:

• Pre-delivery services for all-terrain vehicles

• Documentation services

• Commissioning training services

• Services related to the delivery of all-terrain vehicles

• Additional documentation services

• Maintenance, repair and equipment services for all-terrain vehicles

• Provision of testing equipment (optional service)

The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its annexes, in particular in the annex "Subject of the procurement".

CONTRACT PERIOD

The contract period is two (2) years. Hansel Oy has the right to extend the framework agreement for a maximum of two (2) years in one (1) year periods under the terms of the framework agreement. See also clause 6 of the framework agreement in annex A of the invitation to tender. The framework agreements may remain in force for one (1) year after the expiry of the framework agreement.

FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT SCOPE

The estimated value of the framework agreement is 5,000,000 - 6,600,000 euros (VAT 0%), including the option period. The maximum value of the framework agreement is 6,600,000 euros (VAT 0%). The determination of the euro value of the procurements is complicated by the fact that there may be unforeseeable, client-independent changes during the framework agreement period in the funds provisionally allocated to the procurements of the clients participating in the framework agreement. The figures are based on information provided by the participating clients on the use of the framework agreement.
