Éire – Software supply services – Provision of Licencing for Docusign Intelligent Agreement Management Platform

The National Transport Authority seeks a DocuSign authorised seller who can provide the SaaS DocuSign eSignature services for the Authority. The Authority tenders for the DocuSign Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) Platform that orchestrates the full agreement lifecycle in addition to signature allowing creation, commitment and management of agreements end-to-end and to send, receive and electronically sign documents, including sending documents to external signees. As part of the IAM Platform, the Authority require the Gold Success support model, which includes adoption services, onboarding, configuration guidance, solution optimisation, learning services, advisory services and support services. Only DocuSign or a DocuSign authorised reseller can respond to this tender. The full scope of service requirements can be found in the CFT documentation. The expected initial term of the Contract will be four (4) years. The Authority estimates that the value of this contract based on its maximum term is €326,000 and reserves the right to spend up to €391,000.
