The Contracting Authority is the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB) which is a Government Agency under the Ministry of Defence. The Contracting Authority is responsible for the procurement of systems for sorting and fire safety control.

The procurement is divided into two lots:

Lot 1: System för sotning och brandskyddskontroll

Lot 2: System för sortering av bränsle och material

The procurement is a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) with a duration of 48 months. The estimated value of the procurement is EUR 1,000,000.
