**11. Description of the procurement**

The European Commission, Directorate-General for Energy, intends to conclude a framework agreement with one or more providers of clearing services for trading in electricity derivatives on the Euronext market. The framework agreement will have a duration of 48 months with the possibility of extension for a further 24 months.

The estimated total value of the procurement is EUR 5 000 000,00 (exclusive of VAT).
