An Danmhairg – Recruitment services – Udbud af rammeaftale vedr. rekrutteringsydelser til top- og lederstillinger på Københavns Universitet

Copenhagen University (Universitetet) has an ongoing need for external assistance with search and recruitment in relation to the recruitment of leaders and similar employees. The University is a large and complex knowledge organisation with research, education and administration, high academic autonomy, international orientation and many different management tasks. Therefore, the University is now offering a framework agreement regarding recruitment services for top and management positions (”Rammeaftalen”). For a more detailed description of Rammeaftalen and the tendered task, the University refers to the complete tender material indicated in section 2 of the tender conditions. The University has chosen to tender a single overall framework agreement instead of dividing the agreement into sub-agreements, as the University assesses that the requested recruitment services are part of an overall and ongoing support for the University's recruitment needs, that the services are closely related in both content and implementation, and that a division into sub-services will result in increased administrative burden in the form of more contractual relationships, greater coordination needs and more resource-intensive follow-up. The estimated value of the framework agreement is DKK 10 million, excluding VAT, while the maximum value of the framework agreement is DKK 15 million, excluding VAT. The framework agreement enters into force upon both parties' signature and runs for two years from the date of entry into force. The University may, by written notice, extend the agreement for a further two years on unchanged terms.
