An Fhrainc – Construction work for power plant – PRODUCTION PHOTOVOLTAÏQUE EN AUTOCONSOMMATION INDIVIDUELLE POUR LES BESOINS EN ELECTRICITE DES AEROPORTS DE NICE COTE D'AZUR ET DE CANNES MANDELIEU

Aéroports de la Cote d’Azur is the holder of a public service delegation for the airports of Nice Côte d’Azur and Cannes Mandelieu. The end of the airport concession contract is set for 31/12/2044. ACA wishes to establish photovoltaic power plants on the airport platforms of Nice and Cannes with the aim of decarbonising its electricity supply. A feasibility study has been carried out to specify the possible production capacities by taking into account the structural capacities of the existing roofs and silo car parks, the technical solutions for connecting to the private closed networks of the two airports and their self-consumption capacities. The projects concerned by the present consultation are: - For the Nice site, photovoltaic production of a little more than 3 MWC deployed on the roof and in canopies over silo car parks and a ground-level car park. The production will be entirely valued in individual self-consumption with Third-Party Investment and maintenance services. - For the Cannes site, photovoltaic production in canopies of approximately 400 kWc. The production will be valued in individual self-consumption with the sale of the surplus with Third-Party Investment and maintenance services. As an independent producer, Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur will be the operator in the legal sense of the power plants. The operator selected will be responsible for the entirety of the following steps: - Development of the photovoltaic power plant projects; - Obtaining all the building permits under the codes of urban planning, energy, the environment and the DGAC; - Structuring the project company which will aim to finance, design, build and maintain the photovoltaic power plants; - All the procedures for connecting to the public networks and selling the surplus electricity production if necessary on behalf of ACA; - Financing; - Design; - Construction and commissioning; - Operation and maintenance of these power plants for the duration of the contract.
