Corporate Legal is a department consisting of five corporate lawyers, a manager, and a secretary, operating in a complex and dynamic working environment. The department is responsible for advising the management and internal departments on a variety of legal issues and conducts - with or without the cooperation of external lawyers - legal procedures. The work focuses mainly on general private law, including contract law, IT and data law, procurement law and labour law, as well as administrative law, including the General Administrative Law Act and the Aviation Act. Corporate Legal provides advice both upon request and on its own initiative, thereby ensuring independent legal judgment and reporting directly to the CFO. Through this legal expertise, the department contributes to the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of LVNL.
