An Ghearmáin – Refuse recycling services – Verwertung von Elektroaltgeräten

Contae Ludwigsburg is responsible for the recording, collection, and disposal of waste from approximately 545,000 inhabitants within its administrative boundaries, in accordance with the Waste Management Act. The provision of waste management services has been delegated to the Abfallverwertungsgesellschaft des Landkreises Ludwigsburg mbH (AVL). The AVL's contracts with third parties for the collection, transportation, and recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) expire on 31 December 2026. A new tendering process will take place through a European-wide procurement procedure, with the contract commencing on 1 January 2027.

Total quantity or scope of the contract:

The following group designations apply according to the ElektroG:

- Lot 1: approximately 1,100 Mg of WEEE from Group 4

- Lot 2: approximately 1,300 Mg of WEEE from Group 5

- Lot 3: approximately 400 Mg of WEEE from Groups 1, 2, and 4
