The European Commission, acting on behalf of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), intends to conclude a framework agreement with a service provider for the provision of translation services for the period 2024-2027. The services to be provided include translation from any EU official language into any other EU official language, as well as from any third country language into any EU official language, and vice versa. The estimated total value of the framework agreement is EUR 10 000 000,00 (exclusive of VAT).

The services will be provided in the following fields:

- Legislative texts

- Administrative texts

- Judicial texts

- Communication and dissemination of information

- Other texts, including websites, social media, and promotional materials

The service provider will be selected through an open procedure. The deadline for the submission of tenders is 2023-12-31. The estimated start date of the framework agreement is 2024-01-01.
