Ekom21 - Kommunales Gebietsrechenzentrum Hessen is a public-law body under the Hessisches Datenverarbeitungsverbundgesetz (DV-VerbundG). The aim of the procurement procedure is to conclude framework agreements for the procurement of Firewall systems (Security) in various product classes and product specifications, as well as additional supplementary contractual services. From 01.01.2028, the Kommunale Informationsverarbeitung Thüringen GmbH, whose shareholders are the Landkreise, Städte, Gemeinden, Verwaltungsgemeinschaften and Zweckverbände in the federal state of Thüringen, including their legally independent and dependent institutions, associations and other forms of cooperation, are entitled to participate in this procurement procedure.
