An Ghearmáin – Vehicle-counting machines – AFZS

Freiburger Verkehrs AG (VAG) is a public transport company of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. It intends to supplement and expand its existing passenger counting systems by procuring additional stand-alone passenger counting devices for installation and use in buses and trams. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the applicable procurement law, i.e. the provisions of the Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB) as amended by the last amendment of 18.12.2025 (BGBl. I 2025 Nr. 347) and the Sectoral Ordinance (SektVO) as amended by the last amendment of 07.02.2024 (BGBl. 2024 I Nr. 39). The contract will be awarded in accordance with § 15 SektVO by means of a European negotiated procedure with a prior qualification stage. The details of the procurement procedure as well as the procedural and application conditions are set out in the present Central Document, the project and the scope of services are described in detail in Annex L (Description of Services). Companies interested in taking over the contract and qualified in accordance with the following conditions are hereby invited to participate in this procurement procedure. These companies will be referred to hereinafter as tenderers or bidders. We point out that, for reasons of better readability, the simultaneous use of the language forms male, female and diverse (m/w/d) is waived and all personal designations apply equally to all genders.
