An Iorua – Legal services – Framework agreement for lawyer services

Vaksdal Municipality aims to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer who shall provide legal services for the municipality. The aim of the procurement is to cover the municipality's ongoing need for legal services, mainly related to problems that will arise in connection with Bane NOR and Statens Vegvesen's work on the Joint Project Arna-Stanghelle (FAS), which runs through Vaksdal Municipality. The joint project Arna-Stanghelle (FAS) is a joint project between Bane NOR and the Norwegian Public Roads Administration to build a safer and faster road and railway route between Arna outside Bergen and Stanghelle in Vaksdal Municipality.
