**Short Description:**

The contracting authority is seeking to conclude a framework agreement with one or more economic operators for the provision of maintenance services for the sports facilities of Ogres Valsts ģimnāzija and Ogres novada sporta centrs.

**Description of the Contract:**

The framework agreement will cover the maintenance of sports facilities, including but not limited to, the maintenance of sports fields, courts, and equipment. The services will include regular inspections, repairs, and upgrades as necessary. The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the framework agreement for up to 24 months.

**Conditions for Participation:**

Economic operators must be registered in the European Union and must have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the required services. Operators must also provide proof of financial stability and insurance coverage.

**Award Criteria:**

The award criteria will be based on the most economically advantageous tender in terms of cost, quality, and technical merit. The contracting authority will evaluate the tenders based on the following criteria:

1. Price (40%)

2. Technical merit (30%)

3. Quality of services (20%)

4. Experience and qualifications (10%)

**Additional Information:**

The contracting authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders if they do not meet the required standards or if the tenders are not in the best interest of the contracting authority. The contracting authority also reserves the right to cancel the procurement process at any time.
