Civil liability of the staff and of the Public Administration, arising from a criminal process, covering the defence in court of the insured and of the policyholder, and the civil compensation arising from convictions in said process. It also includes the additional coverages relating to assaults on the staff and damage to vehicles by public health and/or social health services due to the service, which have been justified administratively as part of the employer's risk, in accordance with the attached need report.
