An Fhrainc – Construction work for water projects – Travaux de raccordement hydraulique, calorifuge et manutention des SKIDS des sous stations du réseau de chaleur du Prissé, Aturrena, à Bayonne

Dalkia is an awardee of the creation and operation of the urban heating network and heating plant on the communes of Bayonne and Saint Pierre d'Irube. These works include the construction of a heating plant, a heat network and its substations. The present call for tender specifically concerns the substations. The mission that will be entrusted to the service provider will have the following objectives:

- The hydraulic disconnection, handling and removal of the existing boilers in the delivery posts,

- The handling of the skids to the substations,

- The hydraulic connection of the skids to the existing installations, with the possible installation of additional equipment (pumps, tanks, etc.) on the secondary side,

- The creation of hydraulic networks for the connection of certain substations located on roof terraces,

- The creation of aerial hydraulic networks in car parks,

- The thermal insulation of the networks installed,

- The supply of equipment on the secondary side such as pumps or tanks (in optional tranche)

The supply of the skids is not part of the service. The estimated number of substations to be connected is 25; it may be increased or decreased depending on the actual subscribers connected to the heat network. The awarding authority reserves the right to ask tenderers to present one or more mandatory variants, which will then be described in the DCE.
