**Description of the procurement:**

The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement for the external processing of medical devices. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 4 years with the possibility of extension for a further 2 years. The estimated total value of the framework agreement is EUR 10 000 000.

The processing of medical devices includes the following services:

- Cleaning and disinfection of medical devices

- Sterilisation of medical devices

- Packaging and labelling of medical devices

- Quality control and documentation

The contracting authority expects to award several framework agreements to different economic operators. The number of framework agreements to be awarded will depend on the number of suitable tenders received.

**Language of the procurement documents:**

The tenders will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

- Quality of the services (30%)

- Experience and qualifications of the economic operator (20%)

- Technical and organisational capacity (10%)

**Award procedure:**

The award procedure will be conducted as an open procedure. The contracting authority reserves the right to negotiate with the tenderers.

**Contract duration and value:**

The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 4 years with the possibility of extension for a further 2 years. The estimated total value of the framework agreement is EUR 10 000 000.
