**Contract Renewal Conditions:**

The contract may be renewed for a further 2 years, subject to the satisfaction of the contracting authority with the contractor's performance.

**Contracting Authority's Requirements:**

The contractor must have a valid certificate of registration in the EU and must be able to provide evidence of financial and technical capability to undertake the contract.

**Contracting Authority's Preferences:**

The contracting authority prefers contractors who have experience in similar contracts and who can demonstrate a commitment to environmental sustainability.

**Contracting Authority's Exclusions:**

The contracting authority will not consider tenders from contractors who have been debarred from participating in public procurement procedures in the EU.

**Contracting Authority's Evaluation Criteria:**

The contracting authority will evaluate tenders based on the following criteria:

Price (40%)

Technical capability (30%)

Experience (20%)

Environmental sustainability (10%)

**Contracting Authority's Award Criteria:**

The contracting authority will award the contract to the tenderer who submits the most economically advantageous tender, based on the evaluation criteria set out above.

**Contracting Authority's Payment Terms:**

The contracting authority will pay the contractor in accordance with the terms set out in the contract.

**Contracting Authority's Performance Bond:**

The contracting authority requires a performance bond of 10% of the contract value.

**Contracting Authority's Advance Payment:**

The contracting authority will make an advance payment of 30% of the contract value.

**Contracting Authority's Retention Money:**

The contracting authority will retain 5% of the contract value until the completion of the contract.

**Contracting Authority's Final Payment:**

The contracting authority will make the final payment upon completion of the contract and acceptance of the work by the contracting authority.

**Contracting Authority's Acceptance of Work:**

The contracting authority will accept the work upon completion and inspection of the work by the contracting authority.

**Contracting Authority's Defects Liability Period:**

The contracting authority will require the contractor to rectify any defects in the work within 12 months of completion.

**Contracting Authority's Dispute Resolution:**

The contracting authority will resolve any disputes in accordance with the terms set out in the contract.

**Contracting Authority's Governing Law:**

The contract will be governed by the laws of Austria.

**Contracting Authority's Jurisdiction:**

The contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Austria.
