Description Lot 1: The subject of the order includes the organisation and conduct of public events and training activities aimed at business and small and medium-sized enterprises, with the aim of popularising the industrial property protection system and raising awareness of the possibilities for protecting rights to industrial property objects. The scope of the order includes: organisation and conduct of 2 annual industrial property conferences aimed at business and small and medium-sized enterprises; organisation and conduct of 4 training seminars related to the protection of industrial property objects, procedures for application and the benefits of protection; preparation of materials for events; logistical support for events; ensuring the participation of representatives of business, SMEs and other interested parties. The implementation should be carried out in accordance with the principles of legality, equality, timeliness, adaptability and partnership with interested parties. Description Lot 2: The subject of the order includes the implementation of communication, information and publicity measures related to the implementation of the project, including the preparation, production and dissemination of information materials, the organisation of events and the provision of visualisation. The scope of the order includes: publication of a minimum of 10 press releases in the media, preparation of such releases for social media and the website of the Patent Office; organisation and conduct of 2 conferences - at the start and at the end of the project; holding 1 information day for target groups; production and installation of 2 permanent explanatory signs; production and distribution of a brochure/leaflet in a print run of 1,000 copies; conducting information campaigns; preparation of information materials for the project; All activities should be carried out in accordance with: Regulation (EU) 2021/1060, Annex IX; the Single Beneficiary Manual for the 2021–2027 period; the requirements for visualisation of EU funding.
