Kymenlaakson liitto (Kymenlaakson liitto) is an official municipal association (regional association) of three cities and three municipalities in Kymenlaakso, where the official language is Finnish. The association's activities are divided into the areas of regional development, regional planning, international affairs, administration and finance, and the summer university. The annual budget of the association is approximately three million euros, and in addition, various amounts of national development funds flow through the association's accounting, depending on how the state (TEM) grants funds to associations for regional development activities. The subject of the procurement is 1. the comprehensive payroll service for Kymenlaakson liiton 1. staff and trustees. 2. the comprehensive service for accounting, purchasing and sales accounting, travel expenses and banking. All services and systems must be provided in Finnish.
