**Description of the procurement:** The contracting authority intends to acquire a tool for the control, management and security of the workplace. The tool must have the following functionalities:

- Management of the user's access to the system, including the possibility of granting or denying access to certain functionalities.

- Monitoring of the user's activity, including the possibility of generating reports on the activity carried out.

- Management of the user's permissions, including the possibility of granting or denying permissions to certain functionalities.

- Management of the user's roles, including the possibility of granting or denying roles to certain users.

- Management of the user's profiles, including the possibility of granting or denying profiles to certain users.

- Management of the user's groups, including the possibility of granting or denying groups to certain users.

- Management of the user's permissions, including the possibility of granting or denying permissions to certain users.

- Management of the user's roles, including the possibility of granting or denying roles to certain users.

- Management of the user's profiles, including the possibility of granting or denying profiles to certain users.

- Management of the user's groups, including the possibility of granting or denying groups to certain users.

- Management of the user's permissions, including the possibility of granting or denying permissions to certain users.

- Management of the user's roles, including the possibility of granting or denying roles to certain users.

- Management of the user's profiles, including the possibility of granting or denying profiles to certain users.

The tool must also have the following security features:

- Authentication and authorization of users.

- Audit trails and logging of user activity.

- Compliance with relevant data protection regulations.

- Regular security updates and patches.

- Backup and disaster recovery capabilities.

- The tool must be compatible with the contracting authority's existing systems and infrastructure.

- The tool must be scalable and able to handle a large number of users.

- The tool must be easy to use and have a user-friendly interface.

- The tool must be available in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and French.

- The tool must be able to integrate with other tools and systems used by the contracting authority.

The contracting authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders submitted in response to this notice. The contracting authority also reserves the right to cancel this procurement procedure at any time without incurring any liability.

The contracting authority will evaluate the tenders submitted in response to this notice based on the following criteria:

- Compliance with the technical specifications.

- Price.

- Experience and qualifications of the tenderer.

- Proposed delivery time.

- Proposed maintenance and support services.
