Tá an tionscnamh seo faoi bhreithiúnas neamh-ghabhálach ar chonarthaí rabhatach de réir § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V ar dháileogaí le lanthan(III)carbonat mar phríomhfhíochán i bhfoirm taibléid bheithíoch (Cód ATC de réir WHO: V03AE03). Déanfar an conradh a dhéanamh i gcomhthéacs an modail Open-House, is é sin, beidh an conradh ar fáil do gach comhlacht fharmaiseach atá ag smaoineamh air, ar feadh an tréimhse páirteachais, más féidir leis na coinníollacha páirteachais a chomhlíonadh agus a ghlacadh. Mar thoradh air sin, ní bhíonn comhráí conarthaí ábhartha ar bith agus ní bhíonn (soláthar-)ghealltanas ann. Tá sé curtha in iúl go bhfuil an méid ábhartha neamhfhiosach, mar a bhíonn sé ag brath ar an iarrthóir agus ar fhorbairt an líon ábhar, ar an gcomharthaíocht a dhéanann na dochtúirí agus ar an gcomharthaíocht agus an stóráil a dhéanann na bolgáin poiblí. Mar sin, ní ghealltar méid ábhartha íochtaracha. Is féidir le comhlachtaí fharmaiseacha atá ag smaoineamh air na foirmithe páirteachais a íosluchadh ón spás próiseas ar an Phortáil Dlíthiúil na Gearmáine (DTVP). Is gá rogha a dhéanamh ar iarratas ar rochtain don spás próiseas chun tosaigh. Tar éis a bhfreastal, is féidir na foirmithe páirteachais a roghnú. Is gá go mbeidh an fhíorchaighdeán ar na foirmithe páirteachais - go háirithe ar an ábhar an chonartha rabhatach agus na rabhataí a thugtar ann - a bheith faoi mhíniú. Ní féidir aon chuid de na foirmithe páirteachais a thabhairt chun na n-áirí a bhíonn ann, ach ar aghaidh an chomharthaíocht scríofa roimhe seo ón gceannaire.
