An tSualainn – Sterilisation, disinfection and hygiene devices – Autoklav med integrerad ånggenerator

Karolinska University Hospital aims to procure one (1) new factory-autoklav for liquid sterilisation, with an option for two (2) more new factory-autoklavs for liquid sterilisation. The autoklavs for liquid sterilisation can be depreciated over a period of 36 months from the start of the contract. The procurement concerns equipment for autoklaving liquids and dry goods for the Substrate Unit, Karolinska University Hospital. The purpose of the procurement is to replace an old autoklav with a new, safe one that will function in our laboratory operations, which produce substrates and solutions for laboratory use. It is therefore of utmost importance that the autoklav and its accessories are robust, easy to manoeuvre and user-friendly. The autoklav will be used by laboratory technicians in daily work, and the number of autoklaving processes is estimated at 700 per year, with a maximum of 4 processes per day. The new autoklav must fit in the same space as one of the existing autoklavs in the operation and be of the single-door model. The autoklav must be connected to existing electricity, compressed air, water (both purified water and tap water are available) and central steam. The autoklav must be delivered fully functional (without restrictions), including any authorization code/electronic keys for performing service. The dismantling and disposal of the existing autoklav is also included in the contract.
