Consultation launched by a purchasing group. The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The services are paid for by unit prices. The contract concerns all major works and masonry work to be carried out as part of the maintenance, major repairs and renovation of the buildings and sites of the Ville de Cannes and the Communauté d'Agglomération de Cannes Pays de Lérins. Including, in particular, all masonry work, restoration/repair and reinforced concrete work (structures, walls, floors, modifications to existing works, underpinning), work on ancient structures, site installation, preparation and layout of works, and work directly related to major works (creation of foundations, inspection chambers, trenches, networks, openings, insulation, rendering, sealing, sealed coverings, conduits, hoppers, roof framing). The contract is established in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders, due to the uncertainty of the rhythm and the extent of the need depending on the work requirements and the demands requiring it.
