An Ghearmáin – Dimensional surveying services – 3D Technik, Vermessung, Rahmenvertrag für die Vermessung von Innen und Außenflächen

Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH, a company managing land-owned properties in various portfolios on behalf of the Land Berlin, is tendering for a framework agreement for the surveying of interior and exterior areas, divided into two lots:

Lot 1: Data updates and initial surveys for buildings: For the management of these properties, building and exterior facility measurements were carried out in large batches based on specifications, and winter maintenance plans were subsequently created as needed based on the exterior facility data. As management progresses, additional properties will be taken over into various portfolios, for which exterior facility measurements will be required according to the specifications of the BIM GmbH, and winter maintenance plans will be created as needed (new survey of exterior facilities and creation of CAD plans; creation of winter maintenance plans as needed). For further properties, the existing data needs to be revised due to construction measures, area removals, or allocations (data maintenance of existing CAD and alphanumeric data). For this purpose, surveys of the corresponding partial areas on site will be necessary in some cases. Therefore, a framework agreement with a contractor for the new survey and data maintenance of exterior facility and winter maintenance areas across portfolios for the properties managed by the BIM has been tendered throughout Europe. The contractor must carry out the new survey and data maintenance for exterior facilities or winter maintenance areas according to the respective project-specific individual call-offs, and must provide all the services named in the individual call-off and its associated documents.

Lot 2: New survey and data maintenance of exterior facility and winter maintenance areas: For the active management of the management-relevant buildings on these properties, building surveys for facility management were created based on specifications. As management progresses, additional properties will be taken over into various portfolios, for which the building surveys will be required according to the specifications of the BIM GmbH as needed (initial survey). Furthermore, the existing building data needs to be revised due to construction measures (data update of existing CAD and alphanumeric data).
