Pilier 2 is a legal obligation arising from the work of the OECD, incorporated into a European directive adopted in December 2022 and transposed into French law in December 2023. The company will be required, as of 2026, to publish a Country by Country reporting - CbCR (publication of financial data by country contributing to tax transparency) which will also be used to calculate the safeguard clauses of the Pilier 2 obligation. EDF SA issues this contract notice in its own name and on its own behalf.
