The following are the specific requirements for the services:

1. The supplier must provide access to a wide range of subscription-based literature resources, including academic journals, e-books, and databases, in various languages and on a wide range of subjects.

2. The supplier must ensure that the resources are easily accessible and searchable, with a user-friendly interface and reliable technical support.

3. The supplier must provide training and support to UiT staff and students on how to use the resources effectively.

4. The supplier must provide regular updates and maintenance of the resources, ensuring that they are up-to-date and relevant.

5. The supplier must comply with all relevant data protection regulations and ensure the security and confidentiality of user data.

6. The supplier must provide a detailed report on usage statistics and other relevant metrics on a regular basis.

7. The supplier must be able to provide evidence of a proven track record in providing similar services to other educational institutions.

8. The supplier must be able to demonstrate financial stability and have the necessary resources to fulfil the requirements of the framework agreement.

9. The supplier must be able to provide references from satisfied customers.

10. The supplier must be able to provide a competitive price for the services, taking into account the quality and range of resources offered.

The framework agreement will have a duration of 48 months, with the possibility of extension for a further 24 months, subject to satisfactory performance.
