An Ghearmáin – Construction work for school buildings – Heidacker 13 - Hamburger Schulhaus als GU-Leistung

GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH is a municipal company that, among other things, provides building, operation, and management services for over 50 general education schools in the south of Hamburg (Wilhelmsburg and Harburg) as well as for buildings of the university and municipal construction.

The school site at Heidacker 13 in Hamburg-Eidelstedt is to be expanded in a future-proof manner. The following new construction measures are planned on the site: 1) Extension of the Hamburger Schoolhouse (based on the Hamburger Classroom) and 2) Extension of the Two-Court Hall. The subject of the present GU tender is the extension of the Hamburger Schoolhouse based on the Hamburger Classroom. The realisation is carried out by a general contractor who provides LPH 5-8 and constructs the building in prefabricated construction. The existing school site comprises a building stock of 6 buildings of different building classes including an existing mobile classroom facility adjacent to the construction site. The latter remains in operation until the completion of the Hamburger Schoolhouse. The site has a total area of approximately 20,861 m². A five-stream operation is planned for the school. In the three-storey building, with a gross floor area of approximately 2,019 m² and a net floor area (NRF) of approximately 1,729 m², the following are planned on the ground floor: a foyer, a dining area, a vital kitchen for 300-600 VT, a small multifunctional area and other ancillary areas. On the 1st floor, 3 enclosed classrooms, 2 enclosed learning studios, 1 open multifunctional area, 1 "Maker Hub" with podcast studio, 1 library, 1 tea kitchen, cloakroom areas and other ancillary areas are planned. On the 2nd floor, 3 enclosed classrooms, 2 enclosed learning studios, 1 open multifunctional area, 1 handicrafts/handicrafts area including learning support point, 1 art studio and other ancillary areas are planned.
