Aim of the contract is to equip the South-East Estonia Damage Assessment Centre (Kesktänav 29, Obinitsa küla, Setomaa vald, Võru maakond) with technological equipment and permanent inventory (hereinafter referred to as Equipment). The quality and cost-effectiveness of the offered items must be guaranteed to the best possible extent.
