TU Dublin beidh ag iarraidh córas Ceannacháin Dinimiciúil (DPS) a bhunú chun soláthar rialaitheach ar eolais leictreach chun aighneacht a threorú. Beidh an DPS ag obair de réir na rialacha atá le fáil i dtreoir 2014/24/EU agus na Rialacha (Athbhreithniú Conarthaí Poiblí na nAontais Eorpaigh) 2016. Beidh an DPS roinnte i gceithre (4) lota. Is féidir le hOibrithe Eacnamaíochta iarratais a dhéanamh chun páirt a ghlacadh i dtaobh lot nó lota. Tá sonraí gach lota, lena n-áirítear na catagóirí rialaitheacha a soláthar, le fáil thíos. Tá sé le haithint go bhfuil ar oibrithe eacnamaíochta na rialaitheacha iomlán a thairiscint i lot; beidh iarratais páirtaí faighte, ach amháin má bhíonn na réamhshaoláiní beartais páirtaighaíochta curtha i gcrích. Beidh an DPS oscailte don tréimhse a bhfuil aige do gach oibrí eacnamaíochta a bhfuil na criathracha roghnúla aige agus a dhéanann iarratais comhroinnte chun páirt a ghlacadh de réir na doiciméad ceannacháin.
