An Iorua – Environmental monitoring other than for construction – ØKOBAR - National analysis programme for stretchoding and sequencing.

ØKOBAR is a new national analysis programme that shall develop and operate a joint analysis platform for the use of molecular methods in biological monitoring. The programme includes analyses of marine phytoplankton, zooplankton and benthic fauna, as well as biological diversity in soil samples. The sample material is obtained through the existing monitoring programmes under the auspices of the Norwegian Environment Agency. Economic frameworks: Estimated total value (including options): NOK 25,000,000. Budget framework for a basic programme: NOK 2,000,000 per annum.
