Contract Description:

The European Commission, Directorate-General for Health and Food Safety, intends to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of equipment and reagents for neonatal screening (automation) with several suppliers.

The framework agreement will cover the supply of the following equipment and reagents:

1. Equipment for neonatal screening (automation)

2. Reagents for neonatal screening (automation)

The estimated total value of the framework agreement is EUR 1,500,000.

The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 48 months with the possibility of extension for an additional 24 months.

The estimated annual value of the framework agreement is EUR 375,000.

The framework agreement will be concluded with several suppliers.

The European Commission, Directorate-General for Health and Food Safety, reserves the right to award one or more contracts based on the results of the tender procedure.

The tender procedure will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of the European Union.

Tenderers are invited to submit their offers electronically via the eTendering platform of the European Commission.
