MATERIALE CONSUMABILE DO GHLÉASAIN MÉIDEACHA - CONAIR LE SPECIFICÁTÁIR TEICNICE ATÁINTE IN SICAP ACORD CADRU VALABIL DO 24 LAO DE LÁTHA ÓN DÁTA SEANMARA

1. An líon láithe go dtí go bhféadfar iarratais cláirithe a dhéanamh roimh an dáta deireanach chun tairiscintí/candáití a dhéanamh is 18 lá.

2. Beidh an Údarás Conartha ag freagairt go soiléir agus go hiomlán do gach iarratas cláirithe/sonraí breise a bhí curtha ar fáil sa tréimhse atá socraithe sa fógra páirtíochta, ar an 11ú lá roimh an dáta deireanach chun tairiscintí/candáití a dhéanamh.

Nota: Ní bhíonn an Údarás Conartha faoi dheontas freagairt do na hiarratais cláirithe/sonraí breise nach bhfuil curtha ar fáil sa tréimhse atá socraithe sa phointe 1, a bhí curtha ar fáil thar a bheith.

1. The number of days within which requests for clarification may be submitted before the deadline for the submission of tenders/candidates is 18 days.

2. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information, which have been addressed within the period provided for in the notice of participation, on the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders/candidates.

Note: The contracting authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarification/additional information which have not been addressed within the period set out in point 1, mentioned above.
