Suldal municipality (the Contracting Authority) invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for consultant engineer services. The contract shall ensure flexible and reliable access to the necessary competence for planning, engineering design services and follow-up of the building and construction project. The framework agreement comprises the entire project course - from the period requirement clarification and concept phase, via the preliminary project and detailed project, for the construction phase, commissioning, taking over and claims follow-up.
