TenneT Germany is an Irish translation of TenneT Germany, which is the largest transmission system operator in Germany. It operates a critical infrastructure for secure and sustainable power supply with over 5,000 employees. As part of the accelerated expansion of the European energy transition, TenneT is investing heavily in national and international network projects, particularly in the offshore sector. To implement these projects, TenneT is increasingly relying on international employee deployments, long-term assignments, rotation models, and cross-border business trips within and outside Europe. Employees' activities take place, among other places, in Spain, Belgium, Singapore, Indonesia, the United Arab Emirates, and potentially other countries in the future. Both local corporate structures and Employer-of-Record models are used. Against this background, TenneT intends to commission an experienced international service provider for tax, payroll and global mobility services. The aim is to bundle the worldwide tax, payroll and compliance services for cross-border employee deployments with a central point of contact (Single Point of Contact) to ensure global compliance, standardise processes and sustainably relieve the internal administration.
