DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF PROCUREMENT: The subject of procurement is the service of regular maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment in the Contracting Authority's facilities according to locations.

GROUP 1 includes the repair and regular maintenance of split system air conditioning units, with options: mono split (external unit with one internal unit), dual split (external unit with two internal units), trial split (external unit with three internal units) and window air conditioners. Internal units are wall-mounted and ceiling-mounted. The devices are from various manufacturers (a total of 26) and various models/types. The air conditioning units are located at ZET locations on Trešnjevka – Ozaljska ulica 105, Podsused – Kovinska ulica 32, Dubrava – Ulica Dragutina Mandla 5, Velika Gorica – Zagrebačka ulica 46, and ZET facilities in Zagreb City, Velika Gorica, Sesvete and Zaprešić, such as bus and tram terminals and ticket offices.

GROUP 2 includes the repair and regular maintenance of the „Samsung“ brand VRF air conditioning systems installed in building „8“ on Trešnjevka, Puljska ulica 2. The list of units of the air conditioning system in group 3, the maintenance of which is the subject of this procurement, is in the cost estimate.

GROUP 3 includes the repair and regular maintenance of the „Panasonic“ brand VRF air conditioning systems installed in the Tramway Workshop and Tramway Service on Trešnjevka, Ozaljska ulica 105, Bus Depot in Podsused, Kovinska ulica 32, and the Bus and Tram Depot in Dubrava, Ulica Dragutina Mandla 5a. The list of units of the air conditioning system in group 4, the maintenance of which is the subject of this procurement, is in the cost estimate.

GROUP 4 includes the repair and regular maintenance of „Mitsubishi Electric“ brand air conditioning cabinets installed in the premises of the Traffic Management, Supervision and Development Service, Balokovićeva 77. The list of air conditioning cabinets in group 5, the maintenance of which is the subject of this procurement, is in the cost estimate.
