Deisgn, Supply, Installation, Operation and Training of the Contracting Authority's Personnel in Relation to the Use of the PMD and Paper Unit Equipment. The Contracting Authority will receive a ready-to-use PMD and Paper Unit Equipment (turnkey solution) without the need for any further adjustments or other developments for the operation of the unit, as set out in detail in the Tender Documents.
