GIZ GmbH, an international service provider for sustainable development, is a global player in international cooperation. The DIGITS (Digitale Transformation und IT Solutions) department supports the GIZ's departments and staff units in effectively and economically shaping their processes and central, organisation-wide business processes through modern information and communication technologies. The GIZ uses Microsoft-365 and Microsoft-Azure cloud services, as well as hybrid and local Microsoft components, as part of its central IT services. To support the availability, stability and continuous operability of these systems, Microsoft Unified Enterprise Support services are to be procured.
