The competition is for the execution of elevated basins, execution contract water and sewage. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 100,000,000 excluding VAT. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. APPRENTICE: The obligation to set requirements for apprentices is considered to apply for this procurement, cf. the Procurement Act § 7. See the attached seriousness terms for further information. ENVIRONMENT: The Utilities Regulations § 7-9, the fourth section will be used in this procurement. See the account in the 3rd of February 2016. Environmental requirements and justification. Based on the above review that identifies the central climate and environmental impacts in the project, "requirements" will be chosen over criteria, as this in total will give the best climate and environmental effect for the execution of the facility, as well as for future operation and maintenance of the water supply system. The contract form is the main contract with specified post descriptions. Sustainable good, regulated and maintenance-friendly materials are used, chosen by the consultant and builder in cooperation. As regards the supplier market, it is considered mature and most of the tenderers will be able to fulfil the requirements for site execution. Combined it is considered better to have requirements that shall be met by the tenderers in the execution of this project than to compete for different degrees of fulfilment. Water supply installations are a part of society's critical infrastructure. The material and product range that has been assessed and selected in the detailed engineering design shall fulfil special quality criteria. The ditch route crosses a vulnerable pasture area and the choices made for pipeline material and execution also take into account the builder's obligations to the environmental authority and landowner to carry out the project in an environmentally gentle way.
